About Alaina Martin

Alaina made Austin her home in 2016 after spending a few short years in New York City. Born and raised in Kansas, Alaina embraces both the laidback Lake Austin lifestyle and the dynamic urban atmosphere the city cultivates. A dedicated mom and wake surf enthusiast, Alaina has been deeply rooted in the Austin community for nearly a decade.
 
Her real estate expertise lies in meticulously curating homes that cater to diverse lifestyles, ensuring an elevated real estate experience from inception to completion. In addition to representing both buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, Alaina has extensive development sales experience. She represented the T11 COTA Car Community (luxury car condos) and played a crucial role on the sales team that sold out the final 58 condo units at 70 Rainey, the first luxury high-rise building in the historic Rainey Street district. This experience provides Alaina with a profound understanding of the importance of systematic lead follow-up and sales, an asset to all of her clients.
 
Taking great pride in her contribution to the collaborative strength of EMgroup, Alaina utilizes her industry-specific knowledge, extensive network, and unwavering work ethic to serve as a concierge to her clients. Alaina’s determination to exceed clients’ expectations grants her the ability to bring a thorough, personal approach to the entire real estate journey, on both the buy and sell sides of a transaction. When not assisting clients, Alaina enjoys wake surfing on Lake Austin, traveling with friends and family, and staying involved in Austin’s philanthropic community, including Saint Louise House. She is also a part-time lead singer of the successful country cover band, “Gone to Texas.”
