Meet Larson
Immersed in real estate her entire life, Larson grew up alongside her family’s residential brokerage, Dickens Mitchener Real Estate, and witnessing the development of luxury spec homes and retail centers throughout the Carolinas and Virginia. Inspired to follow in her family’s footsteps, she graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a business degree focused on finance and real estate.
Larson began her career as a commercial lender with Prudential before joining Greystar, where she oversaw more than $600M in apartment and single-family home developments across the DC metro area and Central Texas. Her experience spans the full development cycle, from land sourcing and acquisitions to project design, complex permits and entitlements, capital markets, construction, and dispositions.
A master problem solver and multitasker, Larson’s experience provides an extremely unique and valuable skillset with a comprehensive perspective on real estate. Larson finds inspiration in interiors, travel, and hospitality-driven spaces. In her personal time, she loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s on the trail with her Labrador “Roe”, playing tennis, hiking and skiing in Colorado, or teaching Pilates. Growing up near the water has instilled in her a passion for Lake Austin, and she credits the lake and the city’s urban lifestyle for her decision to make Austin her home.
