The property has a private gated lagoon with more than 500 feet of private waterfront, according to the listing.
According to the Austin Business Journal, Gary Morrison and his wife Anna Mae commissioned the home in the 1960s.
Gary Morrison died in 1982 and Anna Mae died in November 2015, the Austin Business Journal reported. Anna Mae was 99.
